• Speakers end season falling to Mattoon twice

• Post 210 outlasts Mattoon and advances to Division Championship today at 4:45

• Post 210 plays tonight against the winner of Paris and Kansas at 5:15.  Both teams have agreed to play a third game immediately following if Danville would happen to lose.

It was a night of families at the Post 210 Alumni game as the new guys defeated the old guys, 8-6.  Casey Fletcher struck out his father, Darrin, in the first inning of the game. Current assistant coach and former Post 210 player Chris Lewellyn smashed  a home run into the trees past the left field fence off of Speaker pitcher Drew Guthrie.  But Chris's celebration was short lived as he took the mound later in the game and was hit over the fence by younger brother and current player, Aaron Lewellyn.  The alumni socialized at the Post with friends and family after the game.  Next year's alumni game is scheduled for a 7:00 start on July 8 at Freedom field.

• Tyler McKenzie swings into the record books as the Speakers destroy Champaign Post 24 12-1 at Danville Stadium on Monday.

• 210 blanks Urbana

• Lucky number 13! Tyler McKenzie hits 7 home runs on Post 210's weekend road trip, including 4 in the double header against Toledo on Sunday.  Tyler now shares a piece of the all-time Post 210 single season home run record with Dabo Worthington.  The Speakers destroyed Toledo 19-5 and 17-6.

• Congratulations to the Post 210 13u team for winning the Championship in the Champaign tournament over the weekend.

• Speakers defeat Pekin 9-1 6/18, Tyler McKenzie hits home runs 7 and 8 and closes in on Dabo Worthington's Post 210 home run record of 13

• Speakers beat Moultrie-Douglas 12-6 on 6/17
